CEO Message – February 2016

Dear readers,

We begin this New Year with our most sincere and best wishes for 2016. May this year be very successful for you; success not only in your work, companies and / or projects, but also in your personal life (health, family, friends).

In this WORLDCOB Newsletter, we officially share the new version of the Standard, WORLDCOB-CSR: 2011.3. This version was prepared by a team appointed by the British Standards Institution (BSI). It is the global leader for the development and preparation of standards. It is also the standard body in the United Kingdom and the oldest and most prestigious body in the world. I take this opportunity to congratulate our Quality and CSR Director, Mr. Daniel Javier for having developed this initiative, seeking continuous improvement, of course. This important BSI support helps us further promote socially responsible the business culture in the world, as we have been doing for over 5 years.

On the other hand, we welcome the renewed and recently launched member section. You can enter the WORLDCOB website: and type your username and password. If you do not have it, you can apply by emailing our Member Service Manager, Cristina Garcia at In this member section, you can use most of its benefits e.g. access to a database of more than 3,000 member companies, free consulting services we offer, logos manual download (marketing tools), among others. We encourage you to visit the site as soon as possible.

We would also love to invite you the new BIZZ 2016 website: I want to publicly congratulate our design and programming team; we are very happy with their work. Remember that the 2016 ceremonies will be held in exclusive places like MONTE CARLO (May 15) WASHINGTON (July 30 & 31) and Marrakesh (October 16). If you have received your selection letter, congratulations, but if not, we encourage you to apply for the award.

Finally, our team is working on the next WORLDCOB BUSINESS DIRECTORY 2015-2016, to be published in the coming weeks. You will have news soon.

Hope you have a great New Year start. I wish you the best, as always.
